If you’ve ever read the statement, “CrossFit is for everybody,” it’s true. Some people I know aren’t in it to lose weight. They want strength and believe me—they could deadlift two Backstreet Boys. Then there are others who have ah-mazing abs and can handstand push-up to the moon.
As for me, I’ve lost and have maintained a forty-pound loss, but it’s what I gained on this journey that’s the true win. I’ve learned that I’m capable of so much more than what I thought I could do.
